以淡色库蚊为试虫,在实验室环境内观察比较各种饲料饲养的淡色库蚊幼虫生长发育情况及羽化后成虫对杀虫剂敏感性的影响。实验结果表明蚊幼虫生长发育的过程中,肝粉营养较高,蚊幼虫生长期短且发育较快。酵母粉及豆饼粉次之。羽化后成虫对杀虫剂敏感性无显著性差异。
Culex pipiens pallens were used as test insects, and the growth and development of Culex pipiens pallens larvae fed with various feedstuffs and their effects on the insecticide sensitivity were observed and compared in laboratory environment. Experimental results show that during the growth and development of mosquito larvae, liver powder nutrition is high, mosquito larvae grow fast and develop rapidly. Yeast and bean cake powder second. There was no significant difference in adult insects susceptibility to insects after eclosion.
