自1988年新闻出版署制定出版社的改革意见,允许出版社试行承包责任制,有条件的出版社可以试行编辑室承包以来,各出版社曾根据自己的具体情况推行以编辑室为单位进行经济承包或经济目标责任制,收到了一定的效果,但也还存在一些问题.笔者根据自己从事编辑室工作的实际经验和所搜集的有关资料,拟对当前出版社在经济目标责任制运行机制下编辑室的三个关系作一探究(规模小的出版社只设一个编辑部,未设编辑室的例外),提出个人之管见,供大家研讨或在实际工作中参考.
