为进一步提升广大教师教书育人的内涵修养和业务能力,2014年9月5日,甘肃省教育厅启动了以“甘肃教师学苑”“陇原优秀教师群英馆”为主要内容的甘肃省教师人文素养提升工程,本人也参加了高中英语新课改的市级及省级培训。现在也正在高一年级英语阅读教学中实施人文素养的培养工作,想针对在教学过程中如何贯穿学生人文素质的培养谈谈自己的体会。英语教师在教学任务紧、高考压力大的形势下,如何做到既教书、又育人,尽可能提升学生的文化知识及人文素
In order to further enhance the connotation and professional ability of teachers in teaching and educating, on September 5, 2014, Gansu Provincial Department of Education initiated the “Gansu Teachers College ” “Longyuan Excellent Teacher Qunying Hall ” as the main content Gansu Province, teachers, humanities literacy promotion project, I also participated in the new high school English curriculum reform at the municipal and provincial level training. Now also in the first grade English reading teaching in the cultivation of humanistic accomplishments, want to teach how to deal with through training in humanistic quality to talk about their own experience. English teachers in the teaching task is tight, under the pressure of the college entrance examination, how to do both teaching and education, as much as possible to enhance students’ cultural knowledge and human factors
