目的探讨门诊药师发药交待的必要性及方法 ,使之能正确指导患者用药。方法在门诊药房日常工作中总结和分析发药交待的重点方面及注意事项。结果药师在发药时明确、详细地交待患者药品的相关知识,有效避免了患者用药不当,提高了用药依从性。结论门诊药师必须重视与实践发药交待,不断加强专业素养和交流技巧。
Objective To explore the necessity and methods of outpatient pharmacists to give instructions to patients so that they can correctly guide patients’ medication. Methods In the daily work of outpatient pharmacy to summarize and analyze the key aspects of drug delivery and matters needing attention. Results Pharmacists in the delivery of a clear, detailed account of patients with the relevant knowledge of drugs, patients effectively avoid improper use of drugs to improve compliance. Conclusion Outpatient pharmacists must pay more attention to practice drug delivery, and constantly enhance professionalism and communication skills.
