近日,兰州交通大学博文学院女教师刘伶利因患癌被开除的事件持续发酵,引发各界强烈关注。随着报道的深入,除了拒不履行法院二审判决的博文学院院长遭到舆论强烈谴责外,从该事件中接二连三流出的《关于开除刘伶利等同志的决定》《关于开除杨文明等同志的决定》等法定公文,也因写作格式混乱错误,内容凌驾于法规之上而被人广为诟病。毫无疑问,这几份错误连篇的公文出自该校秘书工作人员之手。
