采用聚丙烯酰胺不连续垂直平板电泳(PAGE)技术,对芦笋雌雄株叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶及酯酶(EST)同工酶酶谱进行了比较分析。结果表明,芦笋过氧化物酶同工酶及酯酶同工酶在雌雄株叶片中存在差异,过氧化物酶同工酶在雄株中多了R f值为0.78的一条酶带;酯酶同工酶在雄株中多了R f值为0.93的一条酶带。
Polyacrylamide discontinuous vertical plate electrophoresis (PAGE) was used to analyze the isozymes of peroxidase (POD) and esterase (EST) isozyme in the leaves of male and female plants of Asparagus officinalis. The results showed that peroxidase isoenzyme and esterase isozyme in the male and female plant leaves were different, peroxidase isozymes in the male plant more R f value of 0.78 an enzyme band; esterase An isozyme had an extra band of R f 0.93 in the male plant.
