目的:探讨集束化管理在ICU肠内营养患者的应用价值,为有效开展患者营养管理工作提供参考。方法:选取浙江省温岭市第一人民医院ICU 2014年8月~2015年8月收治的肠内营养患者164例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各82例,对照组患者仅采用常规护理管理,研究组则在常规护理管理的基础上实施集束化管理,比较两组患者的机械通气时间和ICU住院时间及各类并发症发生率。结果:研究组患者机械通气时间和ICU住院时间,均要少于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组和对照组患者机械并发症发生率无统计学差异,而研究组患者的感染并发症、胃肠道并发症、代谢并发症和心理并发症等发生率要低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在ICU肠内营养患者的护理管理中,实施集束化管理,能够有效减少患者机械通气时间和ICU住院时间,还可显著降低各类并发症的发生率,其应用价值较高。
Objective: To explore the value of cluster management in patients with ICU enteral nutrition and to provide reference for the effective management of patients’ nutrition. Methods: 164 cases of enteral nutrition patients admitted to ICU of Wenling First People ’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province from August 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 82 cases in each group. The patients in control group were only used Routine nursing management, the research group in the routine nursing management based on the implementation of centralized management, compared the two groups of patients with mechanical ventilation and ICU length of hospital stay and the incidence of various complications. Results: The duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay in the study group were less than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of mechanical complications between the study group and the control group. In the study group, the infection complications , Gastrointestinal complications, metabolic complications and psychological complications such as the incidence was lower than the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Cluster management in ICU enteral nutrition nursing care can effectively reduce the duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay in patients, and can significantly reduce the incidence of various complications, and its application value is high.
