在规划和设计稳定的岩石边坡时,尽管已有一些成熟而先进的方法可以利用,但对挖掘过程中经常出现的问题却甚少注意。为了获得最佳的爆破效果并获得陡而稳定的生产边坡和最终边坡,应当对爆破进行精心设计。爆破工程师所面临的主要困难是事先缺少有关岩体重要爆破特性的大量资料。虽然通过平常的不断摸索和修正的办法最终也会得出一个合理的方案,但这必须在不同的地质条件下再三重复地进行,而这往往造成许多由于爆破所破坏的边坡。最近的研究表明,对钻机性能进行监测可得出与单位药耗值相关的岩性指标。通过钻孔可连续获得反映岩体变化的数据,从而可以选择一个经济的单位药耗值。
While planning and designing stable rock slopes, despite the availability of sophisticated and advanced methods, little attention has been paid to the problems often encountered in the excavation process. In order to obtain the best blasting results and obtain steep and stable production slopes and final slopes, the blasting should be carefully designed. The main difficulty faced by blasting engineers is the lack of ample information in advance on the important blasting characteristics of rock mass. Although a plausible solution will eventually emerge through common continuous exploration and correction, this must be done repeatedly under different geological conditions, often resulting in many slopes damaged by blasting. Recent studies have shown that monitoring of rig performance leads to lithological indicators related to unit drug consumption values. Drilling can be continuously obtained reflect the rock mass changes in the data, which can choose an economic unit of drug consumption value.
