本文基于创业机会论,构建了新兴产业企业家创业胜任力的概念框架;探寻了新兴产业企业家创业胜任力的构成因子,并解析了新兴产业企业家创业胜任力对创业机会识别、评估和利用的影响机制。研究表明:新兴产业企业家的创业胜任力包括社会胜任力、职能胜任力、认知胜任力和心理胜任力;进而根据四类胜任力要素的外显性特征和结构关系,构建了新兴产业企业家创业胜任力的金字塔模型。新兴产业企业家的创业胜任力不仅会影响创业机会的识别效率,而且会影响创业机会评估的科学性,尤其会影响创业机会的开发利用,从而影响企业家的创业绩效。由此,在经济新常态背景下,我国应基于新兴产业企业家创业胜任力的结构框架,制定供需匹配的政策供给,以推进我国新兴产业的创新创业。
