从教育社会学的角度讲,学习型校园是继农业、工业和信息社会教育之后的又一个社会教育时期。它的基本含义是整个校园将构建一个全新的学习体系,重新整合校园中所有人的学习观念和学习行为。与传统的各个社会时期的学校相比,学习型校园是一个开放化的、全员共享的、服务于终身学习需要的校园体系,它将建立更加有利于个人的学习制度,营造更加有利于教师和学生学习的氛围,更加突出教育的公平性和发展性。
From the perspective of sociology of education, learning campus is another period of social education after education in agriculture, industry, and information society.
