由于转型时期市场经济还不完善,产品形成中的要素投入以及与之有关的收入分配呈现多元化发展状态,出现收入分配的偏差是客观存在的,其中一线劳动要素——工资收入分配成为导致收入差距形成的核心问题。本文从我国市场经济转型的现实背景出发,以劳动价值论为视角,集中讨论转型时期价值形成和分配关系,结合目前我国收入分配现状,利用中西部地区一线劳动收入分析数据,通过建立简单模型,探索有效的收入分配机制。研究的结果表明,转型时期,需要对商品价值的形成和分配理念进行重新思考,认真界定劳动的内在含义,拓展一线劳动的考察范围,在分配领域中更多的体现一线劳动报酬的比重,以市场交易为基础,形成监管有序,分配规范的收入分配机制。
