河北钢铁集团唐钢分公司第二钢轧厂集成应用7项技术,建立起一个高效率、低成本的建筑用长材洁净钢生产平台。通过采用全铁水扒渣、转炉高效吹炼、铸钢“三稳”和“三定”等措施,一次拉碳、硫、磷成分命中率达到93%以上,连铸有效作业率达96%以上;通过采用钢包全程加盖、连铸坯高温直送、定重供坯、切分轧制等措施,出钢温度降低至1 635℃,铸坯入加热炉温度在800℃以上及热装比例高于90%,棒材成材率达97.05%,各工序能耗大幅下降。该平台建设在建筑用长材品种生产中取得了良好的技术经济效果。
