去纤酶、尿激酶都是溶栓剂。去纤酶临床使用罕见出血现象,而尿激酶出血现象则较明显。本文用这二种酶分别在家犬体内对血小板功能作对比研究,旨在了解这两种酶对血小板功能的影响。
Defibrase, urokinase are thrombolytic agents. Defibrase clinical use of rare bleeding phenomenon, while the urokinase bleeding is more obvious. In this paper, these two kinds of enzymes in dogs were compared in vivo function of platelets, to understand the two enzymes on platelet function.
