应用青菜、旱草青料、配合饲料以及在配合饲料中添加维生素B_6、蛋氨酸和亚油酸对草鱼的生长、脂肪代谢进行了试验。结果表明,投喂青菜和旱草青料的鱼类体腔和肝脏中含脂量最低,与投喂配合饲料组比较,差异性十分显著(P<0.01)。肝脏中的蛋白质含量也以投喂青菜和旱草青料的最高;血清中甘油三脂和胆固醇含量以投喂青菜和旱草青料组为最低。在配合饲料中分别添加维生素B_6、蛋氨酸和亚油酸的投喂试验中,发现投喂旱草青料组和添加维生素B_6组的鱼,体腔和肝脏中的含脂量最低,而投喂配合饲料的含量最高。投喂含70%青料(菜)组的鱼类生长最快,投喂配合饲料的最慢。
The application of greens, greensands, compound feed and the addition of vitamin B_6, methionine and linoleic acid to compound feedstuffs were used to test the growth and fat metabolism of grass carp.
