黑龙江省林学会,于1962年9月24—29日在哈尔滨召开了首届年会。参加这次年会的有省林学会理事长、副理事长和在哈市的理事以及全省林业科学研究部门的研究人员、教学部门的教授、讲师、生产部门的工程师、技术员等共计70余人。会议期间,代表们本着百家争鸣的精神,就森林采伐、更新方式、造林和木材综合利用等问题进行了热烈的讨论。现仅将森林采伐和更新方式的讨论情况择要报导于后。
Heilongjiang Forestry Association, in September 1962 September 24-29 held its first annual meeting in Harbin. At the annual meeting, there are more than 70 professors, lecturers, engineers and technicians in the provincial forestry society, directors and vice presidents of Harbin Forestry Bureau, researchers in the forestry scientific research department of the province, professors and lecturers in teaching departments, engineers in the production department, and other technicians. During the meeting, delegates held heated discussions on issues such as deforestation, ways of reforestation, afforestation and comprehensive utilization of timber in the spirit of a hundred schools of thought. Only the discussions on the methods of forest harvesting and regeneration will be reported hereafter.
