通过对峻德矿新井主提绞车提升能力的分析,挖掘其潜力,提出了通过修改速度图、增大箕斗装载量等手段,并通过验算绞车主电机功率和液压站制动力矩是否满足等条件,给出了可增大提升能力的结论。阐述了绞车提升能力构成的关键因素和验算条件。提高了主提绞车的提升能力,满足了矿井向高产高效方向发展的需要。
Through analyzing the lifting ability of the main shaft of Jude Mine and digging its potential, this paper put forward such measures as modifying the speed map, increasing the skip load and checking whether the winch main motor power and hydraulic braking torque are satisfied Conditions, given the increase ability to enhance the conclusion. The key factors that make up the winch lifting capacity and checking conditions are expounded. The lifting capacity of the main lift winch is raised, which meets the need of the mine to develop in the direction of high productivity and high efficiency.
