患者女,9岁,因右侧胸痛2月,伴咳嗽、间断发热1月入院。体检:右侧肩胛下区见软组织包块,质韧,固定,局部无红肿,压痛不明显。右侧呼吸运动较左侧弱。触诊右侧语颤较弱,叩诊实音。心界左移,心尖搏动点左移至锁骨中线处。实验室检查:白细胞30.4×109/L,中性粒细胞0.79,血红蛋白86 g/L。胸部X线正位片:右侧肺野见一巨大团块状高密度影,密度均匀,边缘光滑、规则,右肺纹理显示不清,纵隔左侧移
