大家公认有一位好校长就有一所好学校。一所学校的兴与衰、成与败,校长是主要的决定因素。因为校长的素质、办学思想决定着办学水平,校长素质的展现,会体现校风、校貌、对学校的工作有很大的影响。所以说学校办得卓有成效的关键,取决于一位威信高、业务强、能力棒的校长。因此,校长应该以自己的魅力去团结、感召、带动、影响师生,真正发挥校长在学校中的核心作用,当好“领头雁”。那么,校长的魅力体现在哪里呢?下面谈谈我的见解。
Everyone knows that having a good principal has a good school. The rise and fall of a school, success and failure, the principal is the main determinant. Because of the quality of school principals, school management determines the level of running a school, the quality of school principals, will reflect the school spirit, school outlook, the work of the school have a great impact. Therefore, the key to achieving fruitful results in schools depends on a prestigious, business-oriented and competent headmaster. Therefore, the principals should unite, inspire, drive and influence teachers and students with their own charisma and truly play the central role of the principal in school as a leader.
