位于东海之滨的舟山市普陀区,拥有全国最大的沈家门渔港。全区由282个岛屿组成,人口31万。十一届三中全会以来,随着国民经济的发展,妇女劳动力的解放,计划生育政策的执行,办好幼儿园,搞好幼儿教育已成为广大群众迫切需要,各级领导对此十分重视。但在这人口分散,经济发展不平衡,教育基础薄弱的各小岛上,发展幼儿教育确非一件容易的事。近几年,由于领导的重视,妇联的积极配合,教研室同志的努力,并采取各种措施,使我区的幼教事业迈出了可喜的一步。一、领导重视、发展幼教事业1979年中央73号文件《全国托幼工作会议纪要》下达后,各领导把幼教工作列入了议事日程。教育部门配备了一名有一定工作经验的幼师毕业生
