1994年12月24日,圣诞节前夕。由河北省人民政府外事办公室等7家单位联合主办的“友谊之桥画展”在石家庄市第一工人文化宫隆重开幕。画展展出河北师大美术系教授、石家庄市政协副秘书长齐梦慧先生多年来创作的油画精品70件。在省会的众多外籍专家、教师、企业家、留学生,以及港、澳、台同胞和省市领导及艺术界人士应邀出席了这次联谊活动。
December 24, 1994, on the eve of Christmas. By the Hebei Provincial People’s Government Foreign Affairs Office and other seven units co-sponsored “Bridge of Friendship Exhibition ” in Shijiazhuang City, the first workers Cultural Palace grand opening. Painting exhibition on the Hebei Normal University professor of fine arts, deputy secretary general of Shijiazhuang CPPCC Mr. Qi Menghui over the years created 70 pieces of oil paintings. Many foreign experts, teachers, entrepreneurs, students in the capital, as well as Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan compatriots, provincial and municipal leaders and art circles were invited to attend this fellowship.
