研究生英语教学往往围绕着教科书以文章讲解为主,所开设的课程较为单一,课程设置与培养学生语言应用能力以及学生个人和就业市场需求相脱节,造成教师教学与学生期望和社会需求之间长期不对等的尴尬局面。本文尝试改变以往自上而下的宏观性的教改政策制定的方式,从了解学生真实情况,调查学生需求为出发点,对所取得的数据进行分析,争取通过教学改革使学生的期望和社会需求得到满足,达到突出教学效果、合理分配教育资源的目的。
