患儿,女,6岁。因左侧下颌部肿大,由家长带来我科就诊。检查:下颌双侧明显不对称,左侧下颌角向前端明显隆起,见2|5龈颊沟处隆起,约4cm×4cm大小,触之富有弹性,有乒乓球感,压痛不明显,下唇系带消失,并被推向右侧,舌活动正常,颌下腺导管口无炎症水肿反应,饮食正常,张口度正常,口内无龋齿,616未萌出,明显移位偏向舌侧,咬(牙合)不齐,发音正常。从隆起中心区作常规定点穿刺,见棕黄色液体,化验室
