本文运用1997-2012年的面板数据首先对我国能源效率进行Malmquist指数的分解,结果显示,我国全要素能源效率呈现正增长趋势,东部地区最快,西部次之,中部最后,且中西部与东部地区相差较大,区域全要素能源效率发展不平衡。再将能源效率的测度结果作为因变量,运用Tobit模型,并考虑了国内外能源价差等因素,Tobit模型回归结果显示,各因素对区域全要素能源效率的影响存在差异,能源价格的改革需要其它政策的协调配合。
In this paper, the panel data of 1997-2012 are used to decompose the Malmquist index of China’s energy efficiency. The results show that the total factor energy efficiency of our country shows a positive growth trend, the eastern region is the fastest, the western region is the second, the central is the last, and the central, western and eastern There is a big difference between regions, and the development of regional total factor energy efficiency is not balanced. Then using the result of energy efficiency as the dependent variable, using the Tobit model and taking into account the domestic and international energy price differences, the regression results of the Tobit model show that there are differences in the impact of each factor on the total factor energy efficiency of the region and the reform of the energy price needs other Policy coordination.
