我国是人口大国,对土地资源的适用比较有限,这和我国的经济建设的发展就形成了矛盾,这也是农民失地的一个重要原因。在当前法律制度的不断完善下,加强对失地农民的权利保护就显得格外重要。本文主要就失地农民的特征以及权利范围进行阐述,其次对失地农民权利保护的困境和法律制度完善进行了详细的探究。
China is a populous country, its application of land resources is relatively limited, and this has contradicted the development of China’s economic construction. This is also an important reason why peasants lose ground. Under the continuous improvement of the current legal system, it is especially important to strengthen the protection of the rights of landless peasants. This paper mainly elaborates the characteristics of landless peasants and the scope of their rights, and then probes into the plight of landless peasants’ right protection and the perfection of legal system.
