宿州是新兴的鞋服生产基地,通过对该市六家规模较大鞋服企业的管理者和员工进行访谈式调查,并围绕底薪、福利、年龄、婚否、性别、籍贯和员工自身身体健全状况,共计七个突出影响上述企业工企双方满意度的因素进行分析和总结,旨在丰富沿海产业转移背景下,安徽境内鞋服类劳动密集型产业工企满意度的研究成果,并为日后开展提升双方满意度的对策性研究提供现实依据.
Suzhou is an emerging production base of shoes and apparel.
