一个时代的人解决一个时代的事,完成一个时代的历史使命。临汾艺校水彩画教育在吉成林、高月鉴老师的带领下,做出惊人的水彩画教育成绩,享誉艺术界,所取得的成绩是有目共睹的,但所呈现的诸多问题也是无法掩饰的。临汾艺校的水彩在经历辉煌的同时,也经历了衰落,有其许多无法掩饰的局限性。
