本文回顾了我国从1982年试行科学基金制以来的情况,肯定了它在加强科学研究工作中的具体作用,并就科学基金的具体管理工作,提出了在改革的实践中不断创新和完善的见解。
This article reviews the situation since our trial of the scientific fund system in 1982, and affirms its specific role in strengthening scientific research. Based on the specific management work of the science fund, it puts forward some ideas of continuous innovation and improvement in the practice of reform .
