Recently, the information on the website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission released information, and IPOs of six companies were issued for the first time, including Qingdao Hailier Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (herein referred to as Hailier Pharmaceuticals) headquartered in Qingdao, Shandong Province. The company plans to publicly issue 30 million new shares. The total share capital of the company before the issue is 90 million shares. The raised funds will be used for the annual production of 8,000 tons of water-based preparations, 7,000 tons of water-based preparations, 50,000 tons of water-soluble fertilizers, expansion of research and development centers, and supplementary liquidity projects related to the main business. Hailier is currently engaged in the research and development of high-efficiency, long-term, low-toxic, low-residue, environment-friendly pesticide formulations and related pesticides and intermediates.
