临床资料患者,女,43岁,因“发现右下腹肿物1个月”入院。患者1个月前无意间发现下腹部有一大小约6 cm包块,无疼痛,近来自觉肿物增大,为求进一步手术治疗来我院就诊。入院时情况:T 36.7℃,P 75次/min,R 17次/min,BP 130/80 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),心肺检查未见明显异常,右下腹可见一大小约10 cm×6 cm肿物,肿物表
Clinical data of patients, female, 43 years old, due to “found right lower quadrant tumor 1 month ” admission.
