利用日本理学公司２９０４型Ｘ射线应力测量仪及其残余奥氏体测量附件，建立了侧倾固定η法的Ｘ射线应力测量法，测定了ＣｒＫα－Ｗ（２１１）晶面的Ｘ射线应力常数，解决了钨合金宏观残余应力测量的技术难题，并利用Ｗａｎｇ－６００计算机编程，实现了自动化测量。该方法还可推广应用于其它类似材料的应力测量。
