通过对废旧沥青混合料再生技术国内外研究现状的分析,提出了废旧沥青混合料新的再生技术--分离式再生。通过对分离再生沥青混合料性能试验,分析了分离再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温性能和水稳定性等路用性能。最后,结合工程对分离再生沥青路面的施工工艺进行了研究。结果表明,分离再生沥青混合料具有良好的水稳性、高温稳定性和低温抗裂性,各项路用性能均满足沥青面层技术要求,可以用于高等级公路的建设。
Through the analysis of the research status of waste asphalt mixture regeneration technology both at home and abroad, a new regeneration technology of waste asphalt mixture is proposed-separation regeneration. Through the performance test of separating reclaimed asphalt mixture, the road performance of separated reclaimed asphalt mixture is analyzed, such as high temperature stability, low temperature performance and water stability. Finally, the construction process of the separation of reclaimed asphalt pavement is studied with the engineering. The results show that the separated recycled asphalt mixture has good water stability, high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance. All road performance meets the technical requirements of asphalt surface layer and can be used in the construction of high-grade highways.
