为了解巴西CVRD粉矿比例降低对烧结的影响,在试验室条件下进行了5组烧结试验研究,包括烧结矿的冶金性能试验以及矿物组成及结构的研究。研究表明,配用20%巴西CVRD粉矿的第4组烧结矿较为理想,采用澳粉3代替部分巴西CVRD粉矿是可行的;5组烧结矿都是以铁酸钙为主要粘结相的高品位烧结矿,具有较高的强度;在高碱度、高料层的烧结工艺条件下,马钢烧结配矿时可以部分降低巴西CVRD粉矿,对烧结矿质量指标影响不大。
In order to understand the influence of the reduction of the proportion of CVRD powder ore in Brazil on sintering, five sets of sintering tests were carried out under laboratory conditions, including the metallurgical properties test and the study of mineral composition and structure of sinter. The results show that the fourth group sinter with 20% Brazil CVRD ore powder is ideal, and it is feasible to use Australian powder 3 instead of some Brazilian CVRD powder ore. All the 5 groups of sinter are based on calcium ferrite as the main binder phase High-grade sinter has high strength. Under high-alkalinity and high-material sintering conditions, Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. can partially reduce the CVRD powder ore in Brazil, which has little effect on the quality index of sinter.
