现代企业以知识为主要生产要素和核心竞争力的特质,决定了知识型员工业已成为推动企业持续向前发展的主要动力和第一资源。同时,企业人力资源管理的核心也变为对知识型员工的管理。本文针对构建现代企业知识型员工柔性管理体系进行研究探讨。
The characteristics of modern enterprises taking knowledge as the main factor of production and core competitiveness determine that the knowledge workers have become the main driving force and the primary resource for promoting the continuous development of enterprises. At the same time, the core of enterprise human resource management has become the management of knowledge workers. This paper aims to build a modern enterprise knowledge-based staff flexible management system for research and discussion.
