采用水热合成法成功合成出SAPO-17分子筛,并用XRD、SEM、N2吸附脱附、FT-IR、DTA/TG和NH3-TPD等方法研究了样品的物化性能。结果表明:合成的SAPO-17分子筛呈针状结构,并且具有较好的热稳定性。经过BET算法得到的比表面为406.71m2/g,孔径为0.65nm。合成不同硅铝比(Si/Al=0.05、0.08、0.11)的SAPO-17分子筛,均具有较好的MTO催化性能,其中硅铝比为0.11的SAPO-17分子筛催化性能最好,甲醇的转化率为100%,乙烯、丙烯收率分别为59.51%、26.35%。
The SAPO-17 molecular sieve was successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method. The physico-chemical properties of the sample were studied by XRD, SEM, N2 adsorption-desorption, FT-IR, DTA / TG and NH3-TPD. The results show that the synthesized SAPO-17 molecular sieve has acicular structure and good thermal stability. After the BET algorithm to obtain the specific surface of 406.71m2 / g, a pore size of 0.65nm. The synthesis of SAPO-17 zeolites with different Si / Al ratios (Si / Al = 0.05,0.08,0.11) showed good MTO catalytic activity.
