[Objective] To investigate the changes of NO, CGRP, cerebral micro-area blood flow and CRP in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. [Methods] Twenty patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage who were treated from January 2008 to January 2010 were selected as observation group and 20 healthy persons as control group. The levels of serum and cerebrospinal fluid NO, CGRP, Brain micro-area blood flow and CRP levels were studied and compared. [Results] The results showed that the levels of NO and CGRP in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the levels of CRP in serum and cerebrospinal fluid were higher in the observation group than in the control group. The blood flow in the cerebral micro-area was lower than that in the control group. <0.05, the differences were statistically significant. [Conclusion] The changes of NO, CGRP, cerebral blood flow and CRP levels in the serum and cerebrospinal fluid of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage play a certain role in understanding the prognosis and outcome of the subarachnoid hemorrhage. It deserves to be further studied clinically.
