1病例报告患者女,36岁,因发现左乳肿物2周于2015-12-11入吉林大学白求恩第一医院乳腺外科。无乳腺癌病史和乳腺癌家族史。查体:左侧乳腺外上象限可触及一肿物,大小约3.0cm×2.0cm,质硬,表面不光滑,边界不清楚,活动性欠佳。乳腺彩超:左侧乳腺外上象限可见大小为22.6mm×16.1mm的低回声团块,边界尚清,形态欠规则,其内可见血流信号(图1),其旁可见大小为8.8mm×5.7mm的低回声团块,边界尚清,形态尚规则。超声提
1 case report Female patient, 36 years old, because of the discovery of left breast tumor for 2 weeks in 2015-12-11 into the Department of Breast Surgery, First Affiliated Hospital of Bethune, Jilin University. No history of breast cancer and family history of breast cancer. Physical examination: the left upper quadrant outside the breast can reach a tumor, the size of about 3.0cm × 2.0cm, hard, smooth surface, the border is not clear, poor activity.
