目的研究棕榈花蕾提取液对大鼠回肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响并初步探讨其作用机制。方法以大鼠回肠收缩频率、幅度及肠平滑肌张力为指标,采用BL-420E生物机能实验系统,观察棕榈花蕾提取液对肠平滑肌的作用。结果50%棕榈花蕾水提取液及50%棕榈花蕾醇提取液均可使大鼠离体肠平滑肌的收缩频率减慢、收缩幅度减小、张力降低,且明显减弱乙酰胆碱对肠平滑肌的兴奋作用。结论棕榈花蕾提取液对大鼠离体肠平滑肌有抑制作用,此种作用可能与M受体阻断有关。
Objective To study the effect of palm flower bud extract on contractile activity of rat ileum smooth muscle and preliminary explore its mechanism. Methods The ileal contraction frequency, amplitude and intestinal smooth muscle tension were used as indices. BL-420E bio-functional experiment system was used to observe the effect of palm flower bud extract on intestinal smooth muscle. Results The 50% palm bud water extract and 50% palm flower bud alcohol extract could decrease the contraction frequency, contraction amplitude, and tension of isolated rat intestinal smooth muscle, and significantly attenuated the stimulatory effect of acetylcholine on intestinal smooth muscle. Conclusion Palm flower bud extract has inhibitory effect on isolated rat intestinal smooth muscle, and this effect may be related to M receptor blockade.
