慢性官颈炎由于病变不局限于局部,常伴多种全身症状,作者单用CO_2激光治疗慢性官颈炎13例。采用激光加中西药综合治疗18例,术毕一般病例涂龙胆紫,宫颈糜烂在三度以上阴道内用氯强粉给药,贫血及平时月经量多者加服肝血宁,富血康或十全大补汤一类的中药,血压偏低者用独参汤,白带多者用参苓白术散、带下黄而粘稠服易黄汤或五味消毒饮,经对照综合治疗组优于单用激光治疗组。
