建筑主体位于铜梁县文化艺术区内,靠近城市道路交叉口,四周均有较大的城市广场。共享大厅外平台标高高于城市广场标高1.5米,形成建筑基座,在视觉上突出建筑的形象。东侧为剧场,西面为电影院、群众活动中心和展览厅。建筑使用上可分可合,各自功能和流线较相对独立,相互干扰较小,有利于建筑日常条件下的充分利用。
The main building is located in Tongliang County Cultural Arts District, near the intersection of urban roads, surrounded by larger city square. The elevation of the platform outside the shared hall is 1.5 meters above the elevation of the city square, forming the base of the building, visually highlighting the image of the building. To the east is the theater, to the west is the cinema, mass event center and exhibition hall. The use of buildings is divisible and co-operable. Their respective functions and streamlines are relatively independent and have less interference with each other, which is conducive to the full utilization of the building under daily conditions.
