The interaction of genotypes with the environment plays an important role in genotyping and complicates variety selection. In this paper, the experimental data obtained from 27 winter wheat cultivars in 27 growing environments in France were analyzed and compared, and the effects of high yield of grain yield (GY), grain yield (GPY), grain protein content (GPC) Several methods were used for screening: the Kang rank-sum method (index 1: 3 grain traits with the same weight and the variance of Shukla stability δ2), and 5 derived rank and index (markers 2 to 6: 3 high grain traits Δ22 ~ 6 times weight), variance of stability (s2) and regression coefficient (b), the rank correlation between them and their correlation with three grain traits were studied. Indicator 3, indicator 4, indicator 5 and indicator 6 are more suitable for the initial screening of three kinds of grain traits. All stability statistics are well correlated with the three rank of grain traits. The rank correlation between the stability variances s2 and the regression coefficients b among the three grain traits except GY was not high, and the stability variances δ2 and the stability variances s2 were all strong among the three grain traits Rank correlation. The repeatability of the three stability statistics is not high in high-yield and low-yielding environments, again, the repeatability between two years is negligible. However, the repeatability among the four environments taken at random is very high.
