我在某县一个公社机关协助工作时,有一次上级下达一个文件,明文规定传达的对象为“党员干部”。传达文件的会场作三百人左右的安排,结果来了六百多人听传达。主持会议的领导同志在开会前两次宣布:今天听传达文件的对象是“党员干部”,不是“党员干部”的请退出。但最后还有近两百人该退出却未退出。原因在哪里呢?原来会议通知这样写着:“定于明日上午八时在公社大会堂召开党员干部大会传达文件。希各单位党员和干部准时出席。”这个通知,前面说的是“党员干部”
