介绍了顺丁橡胶生产装置上进行聚合丁二烯进料量12 m~3/h的三釜高负荷生产情况和高负荷生产的质量调整,分析了成品胶门尼升值的主要原因,并提出了相应的改进措施,使装置在高负荷正常生产条件下能有效地控制门尼的升值。
This paper introduces the high-load production of three-reactor polymerized butadiene at 12 m 3 / h and the mass adjustment of high-load production at the butadiene rubber production unit, and analyzes the main reasons of the finished rubber Mooney’s rising value. The corresponding improvement measures to make the device in the high-load normal production conditions can effectively control the appreciation of the Mooney.
