参加过2005年北京国际马拉松大赛的人们一定还记得那个庞大的紫色阵容——那时还没有对学校团体的参赛人数有所限制——由6000多名清华学生组成强大而执着的力量。6000,占所有参赛人数的近1/3,是清华总学生人数的1/5,大约是北京市所有参赛大学生人数的一半;6000人需要出动百余辆车运送,第一辆车已经到达了天安门,最后一辆车可能还没能出清华的门;6000人一起喊“自强不息、厚德载物”时,声音可以响彻长安街,鼓励自然也可以到达每一个清华人的心中……
