目的 :测定中药复方制剂芎芍胶囊中芍药甙的药动学参数 ,为临床合理用药提供实验依据。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,紫外检测。3P87药代动力学软件拟合药动学模型。结果 :犬灌胃芎芍胶囊后芍药甙的体内过程符合开放性一室模型 ,药代参数为 ka=0 .0 0 82± 0 .0 0 10 ( min-1) ,ke=0 .0 0 60± 0 .0 0 15( min-1) ,t1/2 Ka=86.10± 12 .38( min) ,t1/2 Ke=119.95± 2 7.2 3( min) ,tp eak=169.16± 2 1.81( min) ,Cmax=384 5.89±716.70 ( μg· L-1)
Objective: To determine the pharmacokinetic parameters of Paeoniflorin in traditional Chinese medicine compound capsules and provide experimental basis for clinical rational drug use. Method : Using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet detection. 3P87 pharmacokinetic software fitting pharmacokinetic model. RESULTS: The in-vivo process of Paeonia lactiflora was consistent with the open one-compartment model. The pharmacokinetic parameters were ka=0. 0 0 82 ± 0 . 0 0 10 (min-1) and ke=0. 0 0. 60± 0 . 0 0 15 (min-1), t1/2 Ka=86.10±12.38 (min), t1/2 Ke=119.95± 2 7.2 3 (min), tp eak=169.16± 2 1.81 ( min ), Cmax=384 5.89±716.70 ( μg·L-1)
