本文提出了一种用X射线衍射测定结晶度的新方法,仅使用无定型相的衍射强度数据,省去了常用方法所必须读取的结晶相衍射强度数据。方法合理,简便易行,既可测定含单一晶相纯物质的结晶度,也可以测定含多种晶相混合物的结晶度。数据处理采用最小二乘法。并对催化剂ZSM—5沸石分子筛和微晶玻离的结晶度分别作了测定,从而验证所提出的方法是正确的。
In this paper, we propose a new method for the determination of crystallinity by X-ray diffraction, using only the diffraction intensity data of the amorphous phase, eliminating the need to read the diffraction intensity data of crystalline phases that are commonly used. The method is reasonable and simple and convenient, and can not only determine the crystallinity of the pure substance containing a single crystal phase, but also determine the crystallinity of the mixture containing a plurality of crystal phases. Data processing using least squares method. The crystallinity of the zeolite ZSM-5 zeolite and the crystallite were measured separately, so that the proposed method is correct.
