镗削误差补偿压电微位移作动器动态特性的研究杜正春 杨建国 姚振强(上海交通大学机械工程学院 上海 200030)颜景平(东南大学)着重分析了镗削误差补偿压电微位移作动器(PMDA)的动态特性,特别是对微位移作动器的机械特性、相位滞后特性以及迟滞现象的研究。从机械系统的角度系统分析了影响压电微位移作动器的静动态特性的因素,得到相位滞后的三个主要影响因子,基于非线性迟滞现象的本质分析,提出了非线性迟滞现象的一种广义模型。最后,给出了压电微位移作动器在镗削主轴回转误差补偿中的应用,并且获得了良好效果。分析结果非常有助于精密鲁棒控制系统中的压电微位
