利用6个籼型水稻生态型的72份亲本为材料,对主要农艺性状进行主成分分析,以欧氏距离为指标,研究了各生态型间遗传差异。结果表明,云贵籼和华南籼之间的遗传距离最大,为6.345 1,韩国籼与IRRI籼之间的遗传距离最小,只有2.914 1。由于云贵籼和华南籼与其它生态型之间的遗传距离均较大,故初步将其确定为籼型水稻优势生态型。
Using 72 parents of six indica rice ecotypes as the materials, principal components analysis was conducted on the main agronomic traits. The Euclidean distance was taken as the index to study the genetic differences among the ecotypes. The results showed that the genetic distance between Yunnan and Guizhou indica was the largest (6.345 1), and the genetic distance between Indica and IRRI indica was the smallest (2.914 1). Due to the large genetic distance between Yun-Gui-Indica and South China indica and other ecotypes, it was initially identified as the predominant ecotype of indica rice.
