[Objective] Through the nutrition intervention of self-configured nutritional supplements for track and field athletes, the effect of supplementing on the treatment of sports anemia was observed and the basis for prevention and prevention of sports-related anemia was provided. [Methods] Sports mainly based on oxygen supply require athletes to have higher aerobic capacity. This study was included in the normal admission of students in college students who exercise regularly as study subjects, completely randomized to the experimental group and control group, the experimental group of motor-induced anemia students, the control group of normal students. During the physical training of students, the experimental group was given the iron complex preparation and took for 12 weeks. The control group was treated with placebo. The influence of relevant red blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration and hematocrit, serum iron, serum ferritin, ferritin and nutritional intervention before and after the experiment were observed. [Results] The prevalence of anemia in women was significantly higher than that in men. There was no significant difference in serum erythrocyte level, serum iron and serum ferritin before anemia in experimental group. Compared with normal control group, , Serum ferritin concentration significantly increased compared with the pre-test and reached a normal level, while serum transferrin decreased significantly. [Conclusion] Nutritional intervention can effectively improve the iron disturbance in the body, increase the level of hemoglobin and body iron reserve, and finally improve the sports anemia.
