患者女,61岁。高血压病史十年,因“慢性肾小球肾炎、高血压病3级”入院。平素偶有心悸,无腰、腹痛及其他特异性临床症状,血、尿常规均未见明显异常。入院后行常规泌尿系超声检查,提示左中腹靠近左肾下极处低回声团块。肾脏CT平扫及增强:左侧后腹膜肾周间隙见类圆形软组织团块影,大小约3.5 cm×3.6 cm×4.2 cm,境界清楚,CT平扫密度较均匀,约49.4 HU(图1)。增强后动脉期周边部
Female patient, 61 years old. Hypertension history of 10 years, because of “chronic glomerulonephritis, hypertension 3” admission. Occasionally occasional heart palpitations, no lumbar, abdominal pain and other specific clinical symptoms, blood, urine were no obvious abnormalities. After admission routine urinary ultrasound, suggesting that the left middle abdomen near the left lower extremity hypoechoic mass. Kidney CT scan and enhancement: The peritoneal space of the left peritoneal see soft tissue mass like round, size of about 3.5 cm × 3.6 cm × 4.2 cm, the state clearly, CT scan density is more uniform, about 49.4 HU (Figure 1 ). Enhanced peripheral arterial phase
