军用电子设备,尤其是野战条件下使用的军用电子设备的最大特点是:它们可能要受到潮热、盐雾、振动以及使用的温度范围宽等恶劣环境的影响;再者就是要不失战机,需要什么时间运行就什么时间运行。因此,这就给由集成电路组成的整机提出了高可靠性的问题。为此,就要求构成整机可靠性基础的集成电路要有高的质量和足够低的失效率。在此,对集成电路提出一个可靠性的概念。可靠性是指在一定时间内,该电路元件在规定的条件下,发挥其特定作用或功能而不发生故障或失效的概率。器件的可靠性取决于很多因素:如制造集成电路的原始材料、生产工艺、所用的药品及水的纯度、原始设计、甚至使用电路的方法等等。从这一粗浅的认识出发,本文试图对某整机使用的集成电路在可靠性方面所进行的一些工作,采取的一些措施作一介绍。
